I recently found myself running out of space on my Windows partition. I’d already tried the basics – disabling hibernation, reducing page file size, cleaning up temp files, unintalling old games – but was still tight on space. I found a cool tip on Dunham Tech that suggested moving the c:\windows\installer to a separate partition or drive. I did the same for the steamapps folder and now I’ve got enough free space again.
